You will need:
Traditional Irish Breakfast. A Fry Up. Full Irish. The breakfast of champions. What ever you call it, we all have our own twists on this much loved Irish staple, but here’s our favourite!
- 6 Granby Premium Pork Sausages
- 4 Slices of Granby Country Recipe Black Pudding
- 4 Slices of Granby Country Recipe White Pudding
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- 4 Fresh locally sourced eggs
- 2 Fresh Tomatoes
- Handful of button mushrooms
- 6 Slices of O’Neills Dry Cure Bacon
On a large skillet, melt the butter and lay out your Granby Premium Pork Sausages. Cook for
10-12 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked, turning regularly.
After 6 minutes add the slices of bacon and Granby Country Recipe Black and White Pudding.
Fry the bacon over a medium heat until brown on both sides. Leave the pudding on for 3-4
minutes on either side.
Remove the sausage, bacon and pudding from the pan, leaving all the juices for frying.
Place the tomatoes and mushrooms into the skillet along with the eggs. Fry the tomatoes and
mushrooms gently, stirring occasionally to ensure they’re evenly cooked through. Fry the eggs
until the whites are solid and the yolk is to your liking.
