You Will Need:
- Granby Sausages
- Granby Spreadable Pudding
- White Bread (Preferably Batch!)
- Butter
- Red/Brown SauceĀ
How To Cook:
- Heat up some oil in a pan until sizzling hot. Then add your sausages.
- When the sausages are starting to brown, add in some chopped up pieces of Granby spreadable pudding.
- Get your batch bread and butter it. Toasting it is also an option – personal preference!
- Add your Granby spreadable pudding to the bread. Once it has been cooked for about 2 minutes on each side, it will spread softly and evenly around the bread.
- Slice your sausages length-ways in half and add them on top of the spreadable pudding.
- Add your sauce on top – red or brown sauce are Dublin’s most popular!
- Add the lid of your sambo and cut in half.
- And enjoy – The Dublin 1 Delight!
