You Will Need:

  • Granby Sausages
  • Granby Spreadable Pudding
  • White Bread (Preferably Batch!)
  • Butter
  • Red/Brown SauceĀ 


How To Cook:

  • Heat up some oil in a pan until sizzling hot. Then add your sausages.
  • When the sausages are starting to brown, add in some chopped up pieces of Granby spreadable pudding.
  • Get your batch bread and butter it. Toasting it is also an option – personal preference!
  • Add your Granby spreadable pudding to the bread. Once it has been cooked for about 2 minutes on each side, it will spread softly and evenly around the bread.
  • Slice your sausages length-ways in half and add them on top of the spreadable pudding.
  • Add your sauce on top – red or brown sauce are Dublin’s most popular!
  • Add the lid of your sambo and cut in half.
  • And enjoy – The Dublin 1 Delight!
