You Will Need:

Granby Black Pudding Burger

  • Any one of our famous Granby beef burgers (Our flavours include – traditional beef quarter pounder, beef with cracked black pepper and roasted onion, beef with fresh jalapeno and garlic).
  • Traditional Granby Irish black pudding.
  • A burger bun of your choosing (seeded, floured, brioche, whatever you fancy!)
  • Relish
  • Lettuce 
  • Cheddar cheese

Cooking:

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little bit of oil. Alternatively you could cook using your grill or BBQ, in which case nobody knows your own grill better than you so fire away!
  • Place the Granby beef burger on the pan. Cook for 8-10mins on each side.
  • While the burger is cooking, slice some Granby black pudding into rings. How big should the rings be? Well, how hungry are you!?
  • After the burgers have been cooking for about 10mins (one side), add the black pudding to the pan. Cook the pudding for 3-4mins on each side.
  • While all of that is cooking away, lightly toast your burger buns in a toaster or under a grill. Get your relish, lettuce and cheddar cheese ready.
  • Build your Granby Black Pudding Cheeseburger in the following order;
  1. Bottom bun
  2. Relish 
  3. Lettuce
  4. Burger
  5. Cheddar cheese
  6. Black pudding
  7. Top bun (with more relish on it!)
  • Allow to sit for 2mins to cool down and for the cheese to lightly melt.
  • Pour yourself a glass of whatever you fancy and enjoy!
