Granby’s story is one of endurance, uniqueness and unmatched quality.
Granby started out in 1933 in the Rotunda area of Dublin city centre, which at the time was a hotbed for meat producing businesses. While some of the other businesses from the time have since left the area or ceased trading altogether, Granby has endured at our home in Granby Place.
We are proud to say that we are now into our fourth generation of family ownership and management at our Granby Place home, making us a unique family-run business in the industry.
And how could we have survived all this time without quality products? We pride ourselves in supplying delicious sausages, puddings, burgers and meatballs, using only 100% Irish meats. The proof is in the longevity of our business.

We pride ourselves in supplying delicious sausages, puddings, burgers and meatballs, using only 100% Irish meats.
In our Granby Place production facility, we still use handcrafting production methods. This has ensured none of the delicious flavours or product quality of our products are lost and still remain the same until this day.
Sausages
Our famous Granby pork sausages are what put us on the map and we have been producing these delicious sausages at Granby Place since 1933.
Burgers
We have developed some amazing flavours over the years and our beef and pork burgers have become a firm favourite on grills and BBQs across Dublin.
Puddings
Our Granby white and black puddings have been made here at Granby Place almost as long as our sausages. Our range includes raw and pre-cooked puddings.
